Description
For when you're going somewhere hot and sunny! (Even when it starts raining minutes after you start gposing.) I recommend some kind of wristlets for hands, but the only one Penny (still in HW) could afford/access was from her starting gear.
This top and skirt go really well together, so if you prefer a different colour just dye them both to make them look like a dress, and get an appropriate colour necklace to add a little something to the neck and chest area
