5th of Arkania's draft glamours - Blue Mistletoe. It can be worn by any character and they have a very similar silhouette.
Inspired by the Holy Cedar Wand, the glam is nearly the same as hers, but changed the gloves to be Theogonic because I don't have access to Mogstation exclusive items and leggings are Sophist's.
