Since the dress looks cute with a frilly skirt, I dyed the frills pink like the skirt.. I chose the circus as a background, since it fits this dancer glam rather well..
That is how the name came to be.. *Pink Frills, since I dyed them pink and Thrills, due to the circus background.*
