My third glam in my Girlish glamor series! I wanted to give the impression of a magical girl on her day off, something she'd wear out into town on a girls day when not wearing her magical girl uniform. This one's got a cooler look while still having a cute heart. The shoes and hat I picked specifically and built the rest of it around those accessories. I hope you find it as fashionable as I do <3
