This glam (or at least the idea) is sort of severely restricted to what skin tone can match with the dye on the chestpiece. I have only checked out with male highlander and the only combos that seem to work well are: Tone #0 (top left) - Salmon Pink, Tone #189/190 (189 recommended) - Chocolate Brown. This will be heavily influenced by lighting as well, so YMMV.
Hairstyle is up to taste, here I have the Omega-M hair from Mog Station.
