Magical girl inspired outfit for pictomancer. Inspired by the new relic and just how magical girl coded it is, immediately needed to make something like this. After plenty of tweaking dyes, I'm very pleased with the result! Also gives me a chance to use the savant gloves finally, always wanted to make them work.
