not that this is actually possible to make in ARR, as you need to have finished base DT to be able to buy the DT tome gear
can use any legs, and any gold/dyeable circlet
while I made some attempt to justify swapping from WHM to BLM for HW "in-lore", the real reason is that I'd already hit the then-free trial level cap of 60 on WHM while playing through 2.X
