The 32nd glam from Arkania's draft ideas.
Kept the glam pretty close to the original idea, but changed the lower part of it and I changed the class because I was inspired by Akemi Homura's shield from Madoka Magica and thought it would fit the time traveler vibe. The MNK Bygone weapon looks close to that.
