Used Hroth black eyes and yellow face paint+painted Wolfram mask to simulate the clock-head.
Used Modern Aesthetics - Hairscape M with yellow highlights to simulate the flames.
Might work better with a Fem-Hroth model.
Unfortunately this is possibly the closest usable coat at the moment.
