Was reminded today that the Faerie Princess dress looks amazing on lalas! There is an undyeable version of the hat from Lost City of Amdapoor (Hard) / Antitower and I believe this necklace is a similar skin to what drops in Swallow's Compass. Those two pieces would drop the ilvl requirement to 70.
