Description
Caecius the Darkened Winds, a deity amongst the barren corpse littered tundra of Coerthas. The lost spirit of a Dragoon hellbent on raining a hailstorm of spears down like ice from the sky, sapping life and warmth from whatever it deems it's foe. Be it Wyrm or Man, this spirit has garnered a reputation as a harbinger that brings the blackened winds of death.
