Description
The weapon is level 50, but the outfit can be used by all casters at level 1. The Crier's Staff from Cutter's Cry uses the same model without the glow, so it can be used as a level 38 substitute. I designed this for the second half of ARR, as a Black Mage. Male characters can use it if they substitute another pair of pants.
