Description
Most of the Neo-Ishgardian armor is already steampunk by design, this is a slight twist to add a touch more flair. Also looks good in other steampunk colours such as rolanberry red and chocolate brown, however I'd suggest for those to keep the hat uncoloured. Would rock well for a blue mage, but until 80 blue mage is added this is currently only wearable by the main caster classes.
